PRIVATE HOUSE SITS
BASIC HOUSE SITTING PACKAGE
Rate: $25 US per day
Responsibilities Included:
General security checks
Mail collection if required
Plant watering (see extra services)
Light cleaning
Basic house maintenance
Feeding pets
Daily walks
Playtime and companionship
Be available to let in gardeners, cleaners, etc.
EXTRA SERVICES
Extensive Lawn and Garden Maintenance
Extensive plant watering
BOOKING PROCESS
Initial Consultation:
We will schedule a meeting to discuss your requirements and assess the responsibilities involved.
Customized Quote:
Based on our discussion, we will provide a personalized quote that includes the basic house sitting package and any additional services you may require.
Payment:
A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due on the first day of service.
Terms and Conditions:
Duration: Minimum booking of 5 days.
Cancellation Policy:
We require at least 7 days prior cancellation notice. Sits not providing the 7-day notice will result in a daily surcharge of $50 USD per day for the duration of the current reservation. See full policy here.
COMPLIMENTARY HOUSE SITS
House sits arranged through house sitting companies such as House Sit Mexico or Trusted House Sitters will not incur a charge. We appreciate the opportunity to collaborate with reputable organizations to provide excellent house sitting services. All private sits are individual and will be assessed accordingly.
