Your house sit is important to us. We provide our clients with excellent service while they’re away from their homes and/or pets. However, we recognize that situations arise that may make it necessary to cancel the reservation or make adjustments to plans.
Please understand that your house sit was set aside just for you and any cancellations will affect our plans.
We require at least 7 days prior cancellation notice.
Sits not providing the 7-day notice will result in a daily surcharge of USD 50 per day for the duration of the current reservation as this will incur an expense for us to make alternate arrangments.
Cancellation payments are accepted via electronic funds transfer or in cash paid in full within 24 hours of receiving the cancellation notice unless other arrangements are made.
If you need to cancel because of a personal or medical emergency, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, so we know how best to proceed.
